Welcome to Email Fraud Alert. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Email Fraud Alert browser extension, Outlook add-in, and related services (the "Service") operated by Baynac LLC ("we," "our," or "us").
By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Email Fraud Alert is a fraud detection tool that analyzes email metadata to identify potential wire fraud, phishing, and email impersonation attempts. The Service provides warnings and alerts to help you identify suspicious emails.
While our Service is designed to detect common fraud patterns, we cannot and do not guarantee that:
You acknowledge that sophisticated fraud attempts may evade detection, and you remain responsible for exercising caution with all financial transactions.
Pricing: The Service is offered on a subscription basis at the current rate displayed at time of purchase.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan. Payment is processed through Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Free Trial: If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

The Service, including all code, design, text, and graphics, is owned by Baynac LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL DETECT ALL FRAUDULENT EMAILS OR PREVENT FINANCIAL LOSS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAYNAC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baynac LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Baynac LLC regarding the Service.
